Overview
Welcome to ACTIVE HEALTH. We operate this online store and its related content, products and services. Our store is hosted by Shopify. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy, apply to your use of this store and purchases from us.
Access and account information
You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have the appropriate permission from your parent or guardian. Provide accurate, current and complete contact and payment information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity through your account. Do not transfer or sell your account to another person.
Our digital products
Our products are English-language PDF ebooks. No physical book is supplied. Please review the description, included titles, previews and price before purchasing. A compatible PDF reader is required. Images may look different depending on your device and display settings. We may update descriptions or discontinue products.
The ebooks provide general educational information about health and wellbeing. They do not provide individual diagnosis or treatment and do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not change prescribed treatment on the basis of these books.
Orders, prices and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. Payment must be successfully processed before digital delivery. If we cannot accept an order or need to cancel it, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout. Prices and promotions may change; the price confirmed for your order applies to that purchase. The final total, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. There are no physical shipping charges for these ebooks.
Promotions apply only when their stated conditions are met. For the Cooking and Health offer, add both eligible ebooks to the cart; the discount applies to one copy of 101 Natural Remedies per order. Bundle contents are listed on their product pages.
Digital delivery and refunds
After successful payment, download access is prepared automatically and a link is sent to your checkout email address. Included gifts and bundle titles are supplied as part of the purchase. Save your PDFs and download email. Contact us if files are missing, incorrect or inaccessible. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Personal use and intellectual property
Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and save the purchased ebooks for your own reading. The books, text, images, branding and website design remain the property of their respective rights holders. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share, republish or otherwise commercially exploit the ebooks or other protected material without prior written permission.
Third-party services and Shopify
Our store may contain links or tools supplied by third parties. Review their terms and privacy practices before using them. ACTIVE HEALTH is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide this store. Purchases are made directly from ACTIVE HEALTH. Shopify is not the seller of our ebooks. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed in connection with the store.
Reviews and submitted content
Submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews must reflect your experience and disclose any incentive received. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content. We may moderate content that breaches these terms.
Permitted use
Use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate others, send spam, upload malicious code, collect other people’s personal information without permission, infringe intellectual property or interfere with the store’s security or operation. We may restrict access where these terms are breached.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the store accurate, but errors or interruptions may occur. We may correct inaccurate descriptions, prices or availability information and will contact you if a correction affects an existing order. General educational information is not a promise of a particular health result. Any limitation on warranties or liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections govern your purchase.
