Shipping policy

Digital delivery

All ACTIVE HEALTH books are digital PDF files in English. No physical books are shipped and there are no shipping charges.

After successful payment, your ebooks are prepared automatically and a download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Included gifts and bundle titles are provided with the same purchase.

You can save the PDFs to a phone, tablet or computer and read them with a PDF reader. Keep a copy of your files and your download email.

If your email does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm which email address you used at checkout. For missing files, an incorrect email address or any download problem, use our contact form and include your order number.
